Departing Nairobi we travel south to Naimanga and into Tanzania. Crossing along the edge of Mount Meru we arrive in the safari town of Arusha and make our way to Tarangire National Park. This rarely visited park offers a vast array of game. Lake Manyara National Park is next, famous for it’s tree climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos. We now descend 670metres into the Ngorongoro Crater which covers a diameter of 165km. Lions, rhino, buffalo and elephants are just some of the game this reserve has to offer. Continuing onto the Serengeti National Park we visit the archaelogical site of Ol Duvai Gorge. We then go in search of the ‘Big Five’ - Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant and Buffalo - not to mention an amazing amount of plains game and bird life that thrive within the National Park. We make our way back to Arusha before crossing back into Kenya where this tours ends in Nairobi.
